Worked as Team Lead / Senior Web Developer at Greymouse Virtual Workforce, contracted to simPRO Software (Brisbane, Australia). simPRO is a SaaS-based job management platform serving trade and field service businesses. Led the Philippine development team responsible for building and maintaining custom client solutions — handling feature requests, bug fixes, version migrations, and an internal CDB project.
● The Problem
simPRO's enterprise clients needed custom builds tailored to their specific workflows, but the growing volume of customization requests, bug reports, and version migrations required a dedicated team with clear leadership and quality processes.
● The Solution
Led the PH development team handling end-to-end delivery of custom solutions: triaged and implemented frontend and backend customization requests, resolved bugs, migrated customized features across application versions for compatibility, contributed to an internal CDB project, and established code review and testing processes to ensure quality before deployment to client builds.
