About me

I judge systems by how they behave after launch. Happy paths are easy; the work that matters is retries, dead-letter queues, tenant boundaries, and making failed jobs visible to the people who run the operation.

I am at my best when a problem needs both product judgment and systems thinking: understanding how operators work, then owning the path from design through deployment so the software stays reliable under load and messy third-party APIs.
