A Robotics-Based ERP System that connects suppliers with online marketplaces, enabling them to list and sell their own inventory through a centralized platform. Unlike a dropship model, suppliers retain ownership of their products; the ERP handles catalog management, real-time inventory sync, marketplace listing, order processing, and fulfillment automatically. Applied and extended the same pipeline patterns built at Gridiron Tire, now productized as a scalable multi-tenant platform.

• Built a cross-platform POS system (React Native, Expo, TypeScript) with Stripe checkout, barcode scanning, receipt generation, customer management, and real-time search. Deployed via Docker and EAS for mobile.
• Developed the POS backend API with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Redis. Implemented multi-tenant architecture, OIDC auth, Celery tasks, e-commerce integration, CRM sync, and SFTP feed delivery.
• Created an API Integration Portal using Next.js with TypeScript for API key management, feed configuration, customer oversight, and analytics, connected through OIDC auth.
• Developed a multi-tenant marketplace integration service (Django) connecting the e-commerce platform with eBay and Walmart. Handles order ingestion, product listing sync, fulfillment tracking, and cancellation propagation with per-tenant OAuth2 token management.
• Took over and stabilized an event-driven ERP middleware (Django, Celery, Redis) that syncs the inventory system, e-commerce platform, and CRM through webhooks and API integrations. Added test coverage, fixed bugs, and built warehouse placement services.
• Enhanced a pre-production management platform by adding features, fixing bugs, and integrating APIs for AI-powered screenplay breakdown, storyboard editing, and PDF import. Backend runs on FastAPI with multi-LLM support.
• Built MCP servers for AI endpoints to enable CrewAI agent orchestration across ERP services for automated task execution and data processing.
• Managed deployments across all services using Kamal and Docker on AWS, handling zero-downtime deployments, SSL provisioning, and container orchestration on production servers. Deployed the POS mobile app via Expo EAS (iOS/Android builds and OTA updates).
• Set up observability and monitoring across services using Sentry for error tracking and Grafana for metrics and dashboards.
• Maintained CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for automated testing, building, and deployment across all services.
